Return Policy

A request on return of goods will be accepted on the following terms:

  • The customer shall inform our agents immediately of the request on return of goods.
  • The customer should Contact us ONLY through 076 315 37 97 or through e-mail at
  • The request will be accepted within 48 hours of receiving the item
  • The goods should be in original packaging (free of damage and markings), with literature, manuals, or documents included in the original packaging.
  • Only valid for replacement parts.

A request on return of goods will NOT be accepted :

  • If products are electrical products such as light bulbs, horns, relays fuse, etc.
  • If any product that has been installed,or attempted to be installed, or used.
  • If any product not in original packaging, with original manuals, literature, or documents
  • Any products other than replacement parts.


*On receiving a request our agents will initiate the returns process and you will be notified through email.

**Once a return request has been processed and approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with further instructions. Whilst we will always try and deal with your request on the same day, sometimes returns can require further investigation. With this in mind we will deal with all requests within 48 business hours of notification.

***Please note that delivery charges will not be reimbursed on returns.

****The company reserves the right not to accept any product return at its discretion.
